Responsibilities
- Lead a specialized SRE team in designing and implementing FinOps tooling.
- Build and monitor tools for project-costing and cost optimization of global infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain cost monitoring tools using full-stack technologies.
- Deploy FinOps tooling and policies into containerized environments.
- Manage data pipelines for analytics tools like Quicksights and Tableau.
- Set up budgeting and alerting systems using AWS tools.
- Promote FinOps best practices and lead initiatives for cost optimization.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing complex AWS or other cloud infrastructure.
- 8+ years of coding/automation experience using Python, Bash, and NodeJS.
- 5+ years of experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- 5+ years of experience automating CI/CD pipelines.
- 4+ years of experience with Kubernetes, ECS, or related container management.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, Linux fundamentals, and networking concepts.
- Expertise in operational tooling languages and data management.
- Ability to lead small technical teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
