Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery and solutioning with strategic enterprise clients.
- Act as the technical authority during pre-sales engagements.
- Design and communicate integration architectures for humanoid robotics applications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer use cases into actionable feedback.
- Lead technical solution proposals for RFPs and large-scale opportunities.
- Estimate technical effort for customizations and pilot programs.
- Serve as a technical mentor to junior Solutions Engineers.
- Ensure seamless post-sales transition by articulating customer-specific requirements.
- Support existing accounts with the adoption of new platform features.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, preferably in robotics or automation.
- Strong technical foundation in robotics concepts.
- Experience with real-world deployments of robotics systems in operational environments.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and commercial awareness.
- Hands-on experience with proof-of-concept projects for cutting-edge technology.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Working knowledge of CAD software.
- Ability to travel 40–60% for client meetings and deployments.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
