Lead AIOps Architect

Responsibilities
- Own technical solution architecture for AIOps engagements, balancing constraints, cost, performance, and security.
- Build production-grade AIOps solutions, proofs of concept, accelerators, integrations, and automation using code.
- Design data pipelines and agentic workflows connecting observability, ITSM, and collaboration platforms.
- Design and operate AI/LLM evaluation and testing pipelines with baselines and guardrails for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
- Advise client teams on operational maturity, use cases, and measurable outcomes such as MTTR and MTTD reduction.
- Provide technical expertise for sales qualification, feasibility assessment, proposals, Statements of Work, and discovery workshops.
- Mentor engineering teams and connect global AIOps capabilities, accelerators, and reference architectures with regional APAC projects.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering and SRE/DevOps foundation with experience building and maintaining large-scale production systems.
- Deep experience architecting and implementing AIOps solutions and writing clean, production-quality code, such as Python.
- Practical experience applying generative AI patterns such as RAG, agentic workflows, and LLMOps to operations scenarios.
- Familiarity with observability and ITSM platforms such as Datadog, Splunk, or ServiceNow, and with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency with modern engineering practices including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Strong technical communication, architectural influence, mentoring, consensus-building, and decision-making skills.
- Must be a Singapore Citizen because of project requirements and client security clearance.
