Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Provide application support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving issues across multiple system components, and fulfilling service requests.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Document solutions, communicate issue-resolution updates to stakeholders, and share knowledge with team members.
- Contribute to application-support best practices and participate actively in team discussions and solution development.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management, service request fulfillment, and ITIL-based service management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies, and experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
