Responsibilities
- Design and deliver medium-to-complex ServiceNow solutions, architectures, strategies, modules, and products.
- Configure, develop, implement, test, integrate, maintain, and update ServiceNow modules and solutions.
- Provide technical advice to customers, sales teams, managers, and colleagues and establish customer requirements.
- Create technical, project, sales, process, analytical, and solution documentation.
- Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, bug fixing, and lifecycle development support.
- Suggest and implement project process improvements and use new technologies and methods to develop competitive solutions.
- Contribute to IT architecture, solution integration, project estimates, schedules, scopes, proposals, proofs of concept, and knowledge reuse.
- Maintain product and solution expertise and contribute to team meetings, quality assurance, customer forums, conferences, and professional bodies.
- May manage a small design team.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including platform configuration, administration, and support.
- Knowledge of at least two of the following: ServiceNow AI Agents, Customer Service Management, Data Foundation including CMDB and CSDM, Governance Risk and Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, HR Service Delivery, Integrated Risk Management, IT Service Management, Platform Administration, System Administration, or Vulnerability Response.
- Ability to design medium and complex solutions and understand customer business and commercial issues.
- Ability to provide technical documentation and contribute to solution architecture, integration, development, testing, maintenance, and lifecycle support.
