Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to implement enterprise web applications leveraging blockchain technology.
- Own and deliver functional scope end to end for blockchain-based applications while meeting quality standards.
- Solve solution engineering challenges to meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Apply best practices and design patterns for enterprise web and web3 applications.
- Develop reliable, scalable, and performant applications using asynchronous programming and communication.
- Maintain technical documentation for code and applications.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively in a distributed team.
- Resolve or escalate issues to deliver projects on time, on budget, and with quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering is required.
- Master’s or PhD in computer science or a related discipline is preferred.
- Extensive experience across the full software development and testing lifecycle.
- Proven backend web development experience with Java and Spring.
- Proven web3 application development experience is preferred.
- Experience developing web applications using asynchronous programming and communication.
- Experience applying best practices and patterns for application reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Familiarity with Web3J, Web3JS, Solidity, DevOps, containerized applications, Agile methodology, and Scrum is preferred.
- Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, design patterns, testing, code reviews, and maintainable code.
- Experience building enterprise-grade web applications as a full stack developer.
- Experience with Git, Jira, Jenkins, and Helm Charts.
