Responsibilities

Automate evidence collection, control checks, and reporting for SOC 2, ISO, and privacy frameworks.
Build API integrations and lightweight pipelines connecting security, IT, identity, and compliance tools.
Automate identity and endpoint security tasks, including access reviews, provisioning and deprovisioning checks, and configuration validation.
Build and maintain internal security tooling, scripts, and toolsets that reduce manual work.
Stand up and use MCP servers and tools to connect AI workflows to internal systems safely.
Build dashboards and alerting for control status, gaps, and evidence freshness.
Document automations, runbooks, and configurations while designing for reliability and safe failure.
Partner with Information Security Specialists, the Privacy & Compliance Specialist, and IT.

1–3 years of experience in security engineering, automation/DevOps, or software engineering with a security or compliance focus.
Strong Python and scripting skills with a solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and cross-environment work.
Hands-on experience with a cloud platform, preferably GCP, and lightweight pipeline development.
Comfort with AI-first development using Claude Code and MCP servers, tools, or toolsets.
Familiarity with SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 and practical understanding of evidence and controls.
Exposure to identity/access and endpoint concepts such as SSO/IAM and MDM is preferred.
Experience with compliance-automation or GRC platforms such as Vanta, Drata, or Sprinto and their APIs is a nice-to-have.
Exposure to infrastructure as code, Git, and CI/CD is a nice-to-have.
Relevant security or automation certification is a nice-to-have.
