Responsibilities
- Design, code, build, configure, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Develop and deploy scalable data applications using Databricks and cloud-based platforms.
- Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional software solutions.
- Analyze and optimize application performance while working with large datasets and maintaining data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to integrate software components and align applications with organizational goals.
- Document application designs and configurations.
- Participate actively in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and support junior team members through knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience is required, including a minimum of 3 years using Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is required.
- Experience developing and deploying scalable data applications using cloud-based platforms.
- Familiarity with data processing frameworks and integration techniques.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and work with large datasets.
- Experience or knowledge of data warehouse ETL testing is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
