Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build the next generation of Striveworks’ AI/ML operations platform through production front-end applications.
- Translate user and technical requirements into intuitive, reliable, maintainable user experiences.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product designers, software engineers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Integrate REST APIs and work with GraphQL-based integrations.
- Maintain high-quality code standards and provide concise, well-scoped changes that support agentic engineering workflows.
- Build and deploy software using cloud-based services and modern front-end tools.
- Apply UI/UX principles, responsive design, component libraries, and design systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a STEM concentration and 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent.
- Proven experience building production web applications with React.
- High proficiency with TypeScript, modern JavaScript, and modern CSS.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and familiarity with GraphQL.
- Familiarity with Next.js, Vite, Playwright, and Jest.
- Experience with automated and unit testing frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying software using cloud-based services.
- Expertise with component libraries and design systems such as Material UI.
- Understanding of distributed version control systems such as Git.
- Experience integrating AI development tools, including LLMs and code agents, into engineering workflows.
- US citizenship and eligibility and willingness to obtain a Secret US security clearance.
- Preferred experience with TanStack Query, Axios, React Context API, styled-components, Python, Go, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, GCP, Azure, Figma, and active Secret or higher clearance.
