Responsibilities
- Partner with diverse business stakeholders across labels and global functions to identify problems and deliver impactful solutions.
- Build and deploy full-stack solutions involving backend development, frontend development, data pipelines, and AI tools.
- Develop Python services, React interfaces, dashboards, and Streamlit applications.
- Use Databricks and Snowflake AI tools, including Genie and Cortex, to automate workflows and accelerate solution delivery.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders from entry-level employees through executives, manage expectations, and provide updates.
- Rapidly understand ambiguous problem spaces, develop solutions without fully curated requirements, and deliver measurable customer impact.
- Contribute to engineering standards and align solutions with the Data and Insights engineering roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
- Experience working with customers or business stakeholders.
- Experience with Python and data pipelining, such as ETL.
- Experience with Snowflake or Databricks; experience with either platform is sufficient.
- Ideally, exposure to Genie Code, Cortex Code, Notebooks, and Streamlit.
- Ability to work across backend, frontend, data, and AI solution development.
- Strong product judgment, customer empathy, communication skills, creativity, adaptability, and bias toward action.
- Interest in music and motivation to support artists and the music business.
