Responsibilities
- Engage with customers using a consultative approach.
- Deliver on Statements of Work (SOW) with guidance from technical architects.
- Install and configure GitLab solutions in customer environments.
- Provide technical training sessions remotely and/or on-site.
- Document implementation guides and maintenance relevant to customer requirements.
- Develop and implement migration plans for customer version control systems and data.
- Contribute to the maintenance of documentation and scripts for implementation.
- Communicate opportunities for customer success to project and account teams.
- Support engagement managers in quoting and scoping of SOWs.
- Document and implement improvements for Professional Services engagement processes.
Requirements
- Professional exposure to one or more IaC/CaC technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, or Chef.
- Experience with one or more cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple customer engagements.
- Possess a positive disposition and solution-oriented mindset.
- Effective communication skills to achieve consensus and provide clear updates.
- Self-motivated and self-managing with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote organization.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20%.
