Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, test, and maintain high-performance .NET services, RESTful APIs, and background workers.
- Deploy, configure, scale, monitor, and operate microservices in Kubernetes on Microsoft Azure.
- Define service roadmaps and API contracts with architects, product managers, and DevOps engineers.
- Design and document distributed service architectures that communicate across internal Delinea systems.
- Lead code and design reviews covering distributed systems, security, and clean architecture.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and use AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience focused on modern .NET and C#.
- Hands-on production experience designing and operating RESTful APIs and background worker services.
- Experience deploying and operating Kubernetes microservices, including writing manifests, managing workloads, and diagnosing cluster issues.
- Practical proficiency with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native architecture, Azure-native services, and infrastructure best practices.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems design patterns, and secure inter-service communication.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, Terraform, or observability platforms such as Datadog or Grafana is preferred.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills in an Agile environment.
