Responsibilities

  • Design and implement enhancements to an existing wafer map verification application.
  • Develop user-friendly features that improve workflow efficiency.
  • Extend application configuration and execution options.
  • Support software validation and verification activities.
  • Collaborate with domain experts to define requirements and evaluate solutions.
  • Test, document, and validate implemented functionality.
  • Present results and recommendations to engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with software development practices.
  • Ability to work analytically and independently on complex technical challenges.
  • Effective collaboration and communication with technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred qualifications include C++, automated testing, graphical user interface development, software verification and validation, and interest in semiconductor technology and metrology.

Benefits

  • Master's internship for a minimum of four months.
  • Requires a minimum of four days per week, including three days on-site.
  • Start date is February 2027.
  • Provides hands-on experience in software engineering, measurement systems, and semiconductor technology.
  • Requires legal authorization to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations.
