Responsibilities
- Define infrastructure standards for development teams.
- Design, implement, and develop tools for controlling microservices infrastructure.
- Build CI/CD automation and templates using GitLab.
- Maintain and operate AWS and Kubernetes infrastructure.
- Develop a deep understanding of Via's applications and architecture.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth changes to environments.
- Identify and resolve issues in mission-critical services.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps/SRE in a production environment.
- 2+ years of experience with containers, Kubernetes, Helm, and Argo CD.
- 2+ years of experience with AWS or GCP/Azure.
- 1+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like GitLab or Jenkins.
- Experience with networking, distributed systems, and databases.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux operating systems.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with IaC tools like Terraform is a plus.
