Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify AI use cases with business teams and assess their feasibility and value.
- Design and develop AI-enabled applications adapted to Nexans data and industrial constraints.
- Contribute to the AI Development Lifecycle framework to improve productivity, quality, and AI cost management.
- Industrialize and deploy applications to production using cloud environments, monitoring, versioning, and delivery pipelines.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing digital products through APIs and microservices while ensuring performance, scalability, and data security.
- Monitor advances in applied AI and propose proofs of concept for the group’s AI roadmap.
- Collaborate transversally with business, product, data, and technical stakeholders and present AI demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bac+5 engineering-school or university Master’s degree in computer science, data science, artificial intelligence, or an equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role such as Applied AI Engineer, Tech Lead, or Lead Developer.
- Advanced skills in .NET, ReactJS or React Native, Python, generative AI, LLMs, AI frameworks, and agentic integrations.
- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud architecture and with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, and Azure Databricks.
- Knowledge of Figma Suite, Design Systems, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Ability to work with AI solutions such as Claude Cowork, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and CODEX.
- Experience in an industrial context or within an international group is preferred.
- Strong curiosity, autonomy, ownership, collaboration, communication, pragmatism, and comfort with ambiguity are expected.
