Responsibilities
- Design and ship systems for Devin's long-horizon task execution.
- Contribute to editor intelligence and agent-in-the-loop workflows in Windsurf.
- Translate new model capabilities into shipped features by collaborating with researchers.
- Build reliable systems that handle millions of tasks with low latency.
- Provide input on future product development and direction.
Requirements
- Experience in building reliable, performant distributed systems.
- Demonstrated product instinct with a focus on user experience.
- Ability to progress on complex problems with incomplete specifications.
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality code quickly.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with large codebases.
- Relevant experience in an AI lab, applied AI company, or developer tools company.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field from a top-tier university.
