Base Salary
$190k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take complex technical projects from requirements analysis through design, implementation, testing, and production launch.
- Design and implement APIs and tooling with strong performance and code-quality standards.
- Improve platform robustness, scalability, and reliability for high-scale usage.
- Develop financial infrastructure including immutable ledgers and real-time decisioning systems.
- Contribute hands-on to production code and launch functionality quickly for merchants and shoppers.
- Collaborate across teams and time zones to complete projects.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the software development industry.
- Experience with Java, web services, webhooks, SQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of software engineering practices and interest in product knowledge.
- Familiarity with complex large-scale distributed systems.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new visa sponsorship; visa transfers may be supported, but H-1B CAP sponsorship is not available.
