Responsibilities
- Build frontend and backend features required for USBS certification.
- Translate regulatory requirements into simple, compliant product decisions and validate them with doctors and local teams.
- Integrate Doctoralia Practice with e-Nabız, ÇKYS, T.C. Kimlik No. validation, SBYS, and other national health systems.
- Design authentication, access control, audit logging, encryption, and data-residency capabilities.
- Act as the technical reference for Turkish health regulation and support Ministry of Health audits.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams across Spain and LATAM to ship, measure, and iterate.
- Track adoption and product impact, and contribute to code reviews, automated testing, monitoring, and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building production web applications as a full-stack engineer.
- Experience owning product features from problem definition through outcomes, including user interaction and scope decisions.
- Strong backend fundamentals, including API design, relational databases, and third-party or government-system integrations.
- Solid frontend experience with a modern framework.
- Experience with authentication, 2FA, access control, audit logs, and encryption in security-sensitive systems.
- Experience with cloud environments, preferably AWS, CI/CD, and containers.
- Daily use of AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, with ownership of shipped code.
- Professional English at B2+ level and native Turkish.
- Experience with USBS and MBYS/HBYS certification processes, Turkish Ministry of Health compliance, or integrations with e-Nabız and ÇKYS is strongly preferred.
- Health-tech, EHR, telehealth, WebRTC, video, messaging, or KVKK knowledge is strongly preferred.
