Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software systems.
- Develop efficient, robust software using one or more programming languages, including Java and Python.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and engineering teams on specifications, features, and delivery timelines.
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and continuous software quality improvements.
- Own complex debugging, troubleshooting, infrastructure, and codebase improvement efforts.
- Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Optimize database queries, memory usage, application performance, and scalability.
- Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and technologies and stay current with industry practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
- 6–8 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java and Python.
- Experience with React, Angular, Spring Boot, Django, cloud platforms, and networking.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred experience with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps practices and tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
