Base Salary
$132k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and govern platforms that run AI agents and integrate them with CreatorIQ through APIs, data connectors, and custom MCP servers.
- Design and maintain safety, reliability, security, and compliance guardrails for enterprise AI agents.
- Build systems and interfaces that help users discover, evaluate, and select AI agents for business workflows.
- Develop frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript and backend services with Node.js and Python.
- Deploy and operate production AI agents at scale, including MCP servers as agent enablement layers.
- Participate in client-facing technical discussions, feedback sessions, and real-user monitoring reviews.
- Advise on AWS/GCP cloud infrastructure and database strategies for the long-term platform roadmap.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack applications and distributed systems.
- At least 2 years of experience designing or deploying AI-powered applications.
- Practical experience building and deploying AI agents at scale and in production, including MCP servers.
- Experience with one or more agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, or OpenAI Agent SDK.
- Proficiency with Node.js and Python and experience building reliable APIs and integrating data connectors.
- Strong experience with React and TypeScript for building user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience managing agent-hosting environments.
- Experience implementing safety and governance guardrails for production AI systems is expected.
