Responsibilities
- Support development teams by building new features and fixing bugs across applications.
- Use testing, client analytics, and engineering support tools to help identify, diagnose, and resolve issues affecting stakeholders.
- Participate in professional development, networking, community service, cross-functional projects, and final presentations.
- Collaborate with department teams and the intern cohort while communicating blockers and contributing to planning activities.
Requirements
- Be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
- Have a current program GPA of at least 3.0.
- Be able to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions or the need for future sponsorship.
- Preferred qualifications include Git, JavaScript, Python, data structures and algorithms, unfamiliar codebase navigation, debugging, unit and integration testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, documentation, command-line tools, package managers, HTTP and REST APIs, SQL, database concepts, and Docker.
