Base Salary
$120k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable ETL processes using Python and Airflow.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver software solutions.
- Build internal tools that streamline workflows and support colleagues and clients.
- Own small projects and manage or mentor pods of one to two engineers.
- Champion software design best practices and maintain reliable, efficient integration architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering complex projects.
- Highly proficient in Python with strong system design skills.
- Deep practical understanding of relational databases, schema design, and performance optimization.
- Comfort with AI development and interest in exploring emerging AI technologies.
- Strong organization, self-reliance, communication, collaboration, and project-scoping skills.
- Preferred experience with pandas or polars, Apache Airflow, AWS cloud environments, and finance or wealth management.
