Responsibilities
- Act as an E2Open Global Trade Management technical SME for global clients and cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement business processes based on customer requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and develop solutions using established methods and tools.
- Investigate application behavior, resolve technical issues, and support system stability and business continuity.
- Gather stakeholder input, facilitate discussions, and drive alignment on key decisions.
- Contribute to organizational strategies that support change and improved performance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience is required.
- The posting also specifies 6–12 years of experience in E2Open Global Trade Management.
- Proficiency and expertise in E2Open Global Trade Management and its software architecture principles are required.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects is required.
- Expertise in application architecture design, business process analysis tools, business process design, and functional designs is required.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges across multiple teams and understand performance optimization and scalability considerations.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic decision-making, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
