Senior Software Engineer - Cloud Partner Integrations

Responsibilities
- Own partner integrations end to end, including design, implementation, and production operation
- Define architecture for authentication and identity flows, multi-tenancy, data movement, performance, and production behavior
- Operate the infrastructure, CI, deployment, and observability supporting the integrations, including on-call ownership
- Build on external platforms while managing risks across deployment topologies and trust boundaries
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish interfaces and unblock integration delivery
- Set technical defaults and direction for the growing team through implementation and technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software, including substantial work on data-heavy or integration-focused systems
- Strong backend and systems expertise, including deployment topology, multi-tenancy, data movement, and architectural tradeoffs
- Experience with modern authentication protocols, service principals, and identity federation across trust boundaries
- Experience building on external platforms with incomplete documentation or breaking changes
- Ability to make sound technical decisions under ambiguity and document difficult-to-reverse choices
- Strong collaboration skills for working with teams outside the immediate organization
- Primarily backend-focused with sufficient JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency to contribute when needed
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly and transparently, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
- Strong written communication skills for design documents, pull requests, and RFCs
- Familiarity with a major cloud data or analytics platform ecosystem is preferred
- Depth in authentication and identity federation or experience with partner marketplaces or certification processes is preferred
- Experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms and their isolation or deployment topology is preferred
- Working knowledge of ClickHouse or another columnar or OLAP engine is preferred
