Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize custom software solutions and system components.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, influencing, advisory guidance, and cross-team problem solving.
- Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software quality and delivery.
- Design scalable and maintainable software architectures and develop enterprise integrations and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform software performance tuning and optimization.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 15 years of experience with Workday Core HCM.
- Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong expertise in the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise integration techniques and API development.
- Skill in performance tuning and optimization of software components.
- Strong influencing, advisory, decision-making, and cross-team collaboration skills.
