Responsibilities
- Design and build responsive, accessible, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Contribute to and use enterprise component libraries and design systems for consistency and reuse.
- Implement state management and integrate RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Design and develop modular micro-frontend architectures using Module Federation or similar patterns.
- Write clean, documented, maintainable, and testable code and participate in code reviews.
- Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing using the specified testing tools.
- Monitor, profile, and optimize frontend performance and resolve rendering issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous process improvement.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on frontend practices, design patterns, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on frontend engineering for the UI Engineer level.
- 5+ years of professional frontend experience, technical initiative leadership, and team mentoring experience for the Senior UI Engineer level.
- Deep expertise in semantic HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and modern JavaScript.
- Production-proven experience with React and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
- Advanced knowledge of Git and Git-based workflows, including GitHub or Bitbucket.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred experience with Webpack Module Federation or single-spa.
- Basic understanding of Docker and containerized deployments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and user-focused problem-solving skills.
