Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, and improve secure, scalable systems on AWS and Kubernetes.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automate operational processes.
- Operate production-grade Kubernetes clusters and troubleshoot containerized workloads.
- Implement observability through metrics, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
- Apply cloud security practices across IAM, networking, encryption, and access controls.
- Manage production release and configuration processes.
- Work directly with enterprise customers and partners on deployments and operational improvements.
- Translate technical requirements into implementation plans and contribute to architecture discussions.
- Support incident resolution and collaborate with internal teams to improve the deployment experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in cloud, DevOps, platform engineering, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on AWS experience and experience deploying cloud-based applications.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Linux, containers, networking, and distributed systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
- Customer-facing technical experience in banking or financial services is highly advantageous.
- Preferred experience with Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Prometheus, Grafana, Bash, or Python.
- Exposure to GCP or Azure, cloud/Kubernetes/AI-ML certifications, AI/ML or data-intensive workloads, and security, compliance, or data governance requirements is beneficial.
- Familiarity with generative AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, MiroFish, or OpenClaw is beneficial.
