Base Salary
$110k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Meet onsite with customer analysts to understand critical questions and identify workflow pain points.
- Identify relevant datasets and partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
- Build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
- Lead training sessions to align product usage with user needs and operational impact.
- Present project results and future-work proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.
- Embed with Software Engineering and Product Design teams to inform broader product offerings.
- Build and deliver demos for prospective and existing customers.
- Scope potential engagements in new industries and expanding global locations.
Requirements
- Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US security clearance.
- Extraordinary ability to take on open-ended problems in unstructured environments.
- Curious, analytical, adaptive, and introspective approach with willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
- Ability to travel 25–75%, depending on location and team.
- Experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages such as Python, R, Matlab, or SQL is preferred.
