Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into high-quality Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience solutions using Sales Hub or Field Service.
- Develop solutions hands-on within an agile delivery team.
- Build integrations between systems and APIs.
- Communicate with stakeholders to demonstrate, refine, and improve products.
- Collaborate with software engineers and contribute to technical design and solution discussions.
Requirements
- Experience developing with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules.
- Experience with C#/.NET, JavaScript ES6 or Node.js, relational databases, and system integrations.
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns such as layered architecture, event-driven systems, and domain-driven design.
- Experience with Git and GitHub and familiarity with trunk-based development.
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Preferred: experience with Dynamics 365 CE modules, Azure, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, React, PCFs or complex Dynamics 365 customizations, and unit, integration, or end-to-end testing frameworks.
