Responsibilities
- Build complex healthcare interfaces for clinical teams.
- Connect backend medication ordering to responsive frontend interfaces.
- Enhance user experience by making pragmatic design decisions.
- Own the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
- Integrate AI capabilities into products to automate clinical operations.
- Elevate engineering standards through code reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of full-stack engineering experience.
- Experience with managing complex client-side state and performance.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and API design.
- Proficient in deploying and maintaining production systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in development.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
