Responsibilities
- Build the agent runtime for orchestrating context assembly and workflow tracking.
- Design the evaluation and observability harness for agent performance.
- Own the context engineering layer for model calls.
- Integrate and benchmark new foundation models.
- Build user-facing surfaces and ship them to production.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop new agent concepts quickly.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience shipping an AI product with real users.
- Active familiarity with modern AI development tooling.
- Ability to work end-to-end independently across various tech stacks.
- Developed perspective on AI agent design and context management.
- Strong proficiency in Python or similar backend languages.
- Sufficient frontend capability to ship functional internal tools.
- Product sensibility with a focus on user experience.
