Responsibilities
- Develop scalable, performant, and reliable data pipelines for 3D map products.
- Work with large-scale spatial datasets and petabytes of data.
- Identify and balance performance bottlenecks across I/O, CPU, GPU, and memory transfer.
- Apply 3D geometry and matrix operations to mapping pipeline development.
- Build and maintain C++ and Python-based systems, including integration with pybind11.
Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of industry experience in building production software systems or data pipelines.
- Strong C++ programming skills with knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to identify and balance performance bottlenecks.
- Basic knowledge of 3D geometry and matrix operations.
