Responsibilities

  • Provide expert level service to customers.
  • Ensure technical customer issues are serviced within contractual SLAs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers for technical support delivery.
  • Focus on continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate across multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams.
  • Contribute to product documentation and customer knowledge base.
  • Provide technical leadership in Elastic communities.
  • Create lab environments to replicate customer issues.
  • Communicate tactfully with customers to gather information and provide guidance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience with the Elastic Stack is preferred.
  • Technical background in System Administration, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering.
  • Customer-oriented focus.
  • Experience in a Linux/Unix environment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-native and container-based distributed systems like Kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
  • Advanced level of hands-on experience with Java, Operational Systems, and Networks.
  • Experience with APIs and REST calls.
  • Experience with web/application servers like Tomcat and Apache.
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in web technology systems.
