Responsibilities
- Provide expert level service to customers.
- Ensure technical customer issues are serviced within contractual SLAs.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for technical support delivery.
- Focus on continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate across multi-cultural and geographically distributed teams.
- Contribute to product documentation and customer knowledge base.
- Provide technical leadership in Elastic communities.
- Create lab environments to replicate customer issues.
- Communicate tactfully with customers to gather information and provide guidance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience with the Elastic Stack is preferred.
- Technical background in System Administration, Network Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Customer-oriented focus.
- Experience in a Linux/Unix environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native and container-based distributed systems like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Advanced level of hands-on experience with Java, Operational Systems, and Networks.
- Experience with APIs and REST calls.
- Experience with web/application servers like Tomcat and Apache.
- Advanced troubleshooting skills in web technology systems.
