Base Salary

$208k - $250k/yr

Responsibilities

Engage with strategic partners to identify challenges and implement custom solutions.
Assess use cases and technical requirements for successful partnerships.
Develop solutions based on XRPL and Ripple's product suite.
Provide exceptional customer service to meet partners' technical needs.
Influence the roadmap and product development of RippleX.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions.
Resolve technical challenges with effective execution.

8+ years of experience in technology solutions or development.
Proficiency in open source languages such as Javascript, Java, Swift, C++, Python, or Rust.
Experience and passion for building on blockchain systems, particularly XRPL.
Proven customer service experience in the tech industry.
Strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
