Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications and act as the primary point of contact.
- Develop end-to-end business processes, analyze requirements, document workflows, and address country-specific statutory requirements.
- Lead teams and coordinate communication across cross-functional onsite and offshore delivery teams.
- Perform finance business process analysis, gap identification, business blueprinting, process mapping, and application configuration.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications, test cases, training presentations, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Implement and support SAP Document and Reporting Compliance statutory reports and e-invoicing solutions.
- Test systems, extensions, and modifications and support taxation and month-end processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, including 5–6 years of functional experience in finance.
- At least one end-to-end implementation project involving S/4HANA Accounting and strong finance functional expertise.
- Hands-on end-to-end implementation experience with SAP Document and Reporting Compliance statutory reports or e-invoicing.
- Experience with localization, country-specific e-invoicing and taxation solutions, sales and purchase taxes, withholding taxation, and month-end processes.
- Experience with SAP DRC e-invoicing in at least two projects and an SAP SD S/4HANA, SAP Finance, or Tax Accounting functional background.
- SAP SD e-invoicing implementation experience.
- Familiarity with DRC report extensibility is an advantage.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is an advantage.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Strong finance process understanding, analytical and problem-solving abilities, team leadership, coordination, communication, and presentation skills.
