Base Salary

$120k - $165k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture, technical design, and delivery of complex multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture roadmaps, technical standards, and governance frameworks.
  • Gather business requirements, translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions, and deliver enhancements using declarative tools.
  • Own platform operations, including security models, data quality, system configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance, and adoption.
  • Design secure, scalable configurations, customizations, integrations, and automation across Salesforce.
  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert and primary escalation point for complex technical challenges.
  • Lead architecture reviews, evaluate technical debt, and align solutions with platform standards and long-term business objectives.
  • Evaluate and promote emerging technologies, frameworks, and platforms, including cloud-native, AI/ML, and event-driven approaches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 7+ years of Salesforce experience, including architecture, solution design, and technical leadership responsibilities.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification plus one or more of Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and other Salesforce platform capabilities.
  • Experience with data modeling, Salesforce security architecture, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and governor limits.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, event-driven architectures, and Salesforce integration best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred qualifications include master data management, data governance, large-scale data migration, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Salesforce Architect certifications, Copado, Gearset, SFDX/Git pipelines, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and manufacturing, industrial, or B2B sales experience.
