Responsibilities
- Design, develop, validate, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions for engineering and business challenges.
- Develop generative AI, agentic AI, and predictive analytics applications to improve engineering productivity, decision-making, and product development.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with Responsible AI principles, cybersecurity requirements, regulatory expectations, and Honeywell AI governance standards.
- Design and conduct evaluation experiments, analyze data, prepare reports, and present results to stakeholders.
- Contribute to intellectual property, patent disclosures, technical publications, conference presentations, and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners in multidisciplinary engineering environments and support the ideation, prototyping, and commercialization of R&D innovations.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, artificial intelligence, software engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
- Significant experience in software engineering, machine learning, data science, or AI solution development.
- Strong hands-on programming skills in Python.
- Experience designing and deploying AI or machine learning applications.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
