Responsibilities
- Own multiple COTS and GOTS production systems, ensuring ongoing operations, maintenance, and customer support.
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software products and data platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex software and application issues and provide customer support.
- Recommend continuous improvements and innovations.
- Work in an Agile environment focused on iterative development and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- 5 to 10 years of related software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with NodeJS or Python.
- Experience integrating GOTS and COTS systems.
- Strong understanding of Linux and experience building APIs and services using REST.
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker.
- Experience with AWS.
- TS/SCI with Poly clearance.
- Preferred experience with Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases.
- Preferred familiarity with ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar monitoring technologies.
- Preferred experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and iterative delivery.
