Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, enhance, and refine scalable software components across systems and applications.
- Use Microsoft Azure Databricks and cloud-based data engineering platforms to develop tailored software solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead software-quality and team-productivity best practices and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and support timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with cloud-based data engineering platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Strong programming skills in languages used for data processing and software development.
- Ability to design scalable, maintainable software architectures tailored to business requirements.
- Familiarity with agile software development and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
