Base Salary
$171k - $231k/yr
Responsibilities
- Drive customer, business, and technology outcomes by identifying and pursuing key opportunities across the company.
- Lead significant technology initiatives end-to-end, including horizontal architectural layers.
- Partner with customers and cross-functional stakeholders to influence and deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Design and implement robust, scalable, secure, highly available, and high-performing software solutions.
- Build and apply AI-native applications and guide the use of AI based on its value and limitations.
- Understand and use evaluation tools to validate and measure solution accuracy.
- Contribute beyond the primary area of ownership and help accelerate organizational velocity.
- Mentor others and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience developing systems or software for large business environments.
- 4+ years of experience designing complex distributed systems, management products, or business applications.
- Full-stack development experience applying AI technologies and tools to user experiences or backend solutions.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or SwiftUI for iOS.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Java, TypeScript, Spring, or Express with Node.js.
- Experience with AI technologies such as SageMaker, Vertex, LangChain, large language models, prompt engineering, Dialogflow, and Python.
- At least 1 year of experience working on teams that built AI-native applications.
- Prior cloud computing experience such as AWS or GCP is highly desired.
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related area.
- Ability to drive results in highly matrixed, cross-functional, and global environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, complex technical environment.
