Base Salary
$70k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain AWS and Kubernetes cloud infrastructure supporting the organization’s AI capabilities.
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code and deployment pipelines for reliable, repeatable releases.
- Configure observability tooling to monitor production service health and performance.
- Support certificate management and follow security best practices for AI systems and data.
- Provision and configure infrastructure for other teams’ services.
- Diagnose and help resolve production infrastructure issues.
- Continue learning new technologies and turn loosely defined mission needs into working solutions.
Requirements
- Three years of experience and a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or four additional years of experience in place of the bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency with Python or another modern programming language.
- Familiarity with AWS or other cloud service providers.
- Understanding of containerization concepts and tools such as Docker.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly, communicate effectively, and ask questions.
- Preferred experience with AWS services including EKS, Terraform, and IAM; Kubernetes; Helm or Kustomize; Argo CD or other deployment frameworks; Elastic Stack, Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus, or comparable observability tools; certificate management; cloud-native architecture; production software and infrastructure; and LLM and AI hosting concepts.
