Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple application areas, including ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, SPM, IRM, Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, and Customer Service Management.
- Develop custom ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations using JavaScript and Glide.
- Own platform architecture decisions related to scalability, performance, security, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support complex issues, mentor team members, promote platform standards, and act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience in large or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies.
- Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is required.
- Experience with industry-specific or regulatory requirements, automation, orchestration, or AI-enabled ServiceNow capabilities is preferred.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or setting development standards is preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification in one or more modules and additional ServiceNow certifications are preferred or nice to have.
Benefits
- Base salary for applicable all-other U.S. office locations, including Sacramento, is $67,000 to $136,800.
