Base Salary
$120k - $141k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver ServiceNow solutions based on user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Configure, enhance, test, deploy, and support ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping capabilities.
- Support data ingestion, normalization, and ETL processes that maintain CMDB accuracy and service visibility.
- Map relationships among infrastructure, applications, technology services, and business services.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams on platform enhancements and technical requirements.
- Work development stories from backlog through production deployment and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure solutions align with ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of ServiceNow ITOM Visibility development experience.
- Hands-on experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and ServiceNow platform configuration and development.
- Experience with data ingestion and ETL processes.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture, cloud technologies, networking infrastructure, Windows, Linux, and application hosting architectures.
- Experience working in Agile software development environments.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications.
- Preferred qualifications include CSDM experience, ServiceNow data governance and CMDB best practices, enterprise CMDB and ITOM implementation experience, ITIL knowledge or certification, service-oriented architecture and service modeling experience, and experience in large enterprise technology environments.
