Responsibilities
- Lead software development projects to meet customer and product requirements.
- Design, implement, test, document, and deploy software applications and frameworks.
- Perform unit, functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Document architecture, designs, test plans, and user guides.
- Conduct design reviews, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Track project and product milestones, releases, schedules, and budgets.
- Train and mentor junior software engineers.
- Lead continuous process and productivity improvements.
- Present work to the company and participate in professional development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
- At least 5 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, C++, Golang, SQL, and Linux.
- Experience with UI/UX design and development.
- Experience with DevOps tools including Jira, Git, Jenkins, and Artifactory.
- Experience with software development life cycle processes and Agile methodologies.
- United States citizenship.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, self-direction, and willingness to learn.
- Preferred: master's degree in a relevant computer-related field.
- Preferred: backend design, development, and integration experience.
- Preferred: experience with software architectures, data frameworks, security, secure communications, message delivery tools, and production deployment of machine learning models.
