Base Salary

$135k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with customers to understand difficult operational problems and rapidly build solutions
  • Own end-to-end execution of high-stakes projects within small, high-ownership teams
  • Whiteboard architecture with engineers and build data pipelines and operational workflows
  • Deploy AI agents and develop custom applications on Palantir platforms
  • Advise customer executives and drive strategy with the team

Requirements

  • Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, TypeScript/JavaScript, or similar
  • Familiarity with AI agents, data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, and front-end frameworks
  • Experience with healthcare, logistics, aviation, or readiness analysis is a plus
  • Ability to understand how technical decisions affect users and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to learn continuously, work independently, and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and interest to travel as needed
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance or willingness to obtain or upgrade to one
