Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, test, document, and support the AI orchestration platform and cloud-native services.
- Build agent registry, health check, gatekeeper, agent onboarding, conversation history, compliance, and segmentation capabilities.
- Integrate third-party products and model observability tooling, and support model governance and evaluation practices.
- Develop knowledge management, retrieval, ingestion, RBAC, and multi-provider model access systems.
- Promote services and infrastructure through development, test, and production environments and provide production support.
- Participate in architecture, code, and test inspections; optimize performance and latency; and resolve technical issues.
- Partner with product, engineering, internal clients, and cross-functional stakeholders on systems analysis, prototyping, and future AI platform capabilities.
- Follow information technology, information security, architecture, software development, change control, and documentation standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, AWS, GitHub-based development workflows, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Minimum of five years of related work experience, including at least two years of development experience.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups with strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Preferred experience building AI or software solutions involving agent orchestration, conversational AI, A2A protocols, RAG, knowledge management, or semantic search.
- Preferred exposure to multiple model providers and evaluation or observability tools such as Arize.
- Preferred experience with proof-of-concept, prototyping, or exploratory AI platform work.
