Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support the AI orchestration platform, including agent registry, health check, gatekeeper, and onboarding capabilities.
- Build conversation history, compliance, retention, segmentation API, knowledge management, and retrieval solutions.
- Integrate third-party products and model observability tooling into scalable AI platform services.
- Develop, test, document, and promote orchestrator services and platform infrastructure across development, test, and production environments.
- Apply architecture standards, resolve technical issues, and optimize performance and latency for cloud-native services.
- Participate in design, code, and test inspections, systems analysis, proof-of-concept work, prototyping, and exploratory AI platform initiatives.
- Provide production support, submit change control requests, maintain documentation, and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Follow Information Technology and Information Security policies and verify that deliverables meet requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated software engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure, AWS, GitHub-based development workflows, and deployment pipelines.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar languages.
- At least five years of related work experience, including at least two years of development experience.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups with strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Preferred experience with agent orchestration, conversational AI, A2A protocols, RAG, knowledge management, semantic search, multiple model providers, and evaluation or observability tools such as Arize.
