Base Salary
$145k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide deployed, hands-on technical assistance with ION implementation, usage, and development.
- Partner with customers to understand operational problems and build tailored solutions, including custom web applications and large-scale data solutions.
- Own the development and delivery of customer solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code across the stack.
- Execute high-stakes projects end to end in small teams.
- Use customer feedback and requirements to help continuously improve the ION product.
Requirements
- Strong engineering background in areas such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science.
- Experience shipping production-quality code.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, leadership, and internal teams.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in dynamic environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% to customer sites.
- Preferred experience includes manufacturing, product management, or lead engineering, along with Python and/or React with TypeScript.
- Interest or experience in using large-scale data to solve customer-facing problems.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
