Responsibilities
- Design secure, scalable AWS infrastructure and reusable self-service platform capabilities using Infrastructure as Code.
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, operational processes, and software delivery through platform tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve platform reliability, resilience, scalability, performance, and developer productivity across multi-account AWS environments.
- Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, and operational tooling.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, and application issues and participate in incident response, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Apply security-by-design principles, including IAM, secrets management, encryption, network security, vulnerability remediation, compliance, and cloud governance.
Requirements
- Hands-on AWS experience building and supporting high-quality cloud platforms and production environments.
- Experience designing, deploying, and operating secure, scalable, and resilient cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent Infrastructure as Code technologies and reusable infrastructure modules.
- Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks.
- Strong troubleshooting, monitoring, observability, and operational support skills.
- Knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, routing, load balancing, firewalls, and hybrid networking concepts.
