Base Salary

$148k - $240k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Participate in robotics software test review, analysis, witnessing, and certification processes.
  • Design, build, and ship autonomy components across perception, planning, control, and learning.
  • Take robotics work from prototype through production deployment on real hardware.
  • Contribute broadly across the autonomy stack while providing depth in a specialty.
  • Own components end-to-end within small, outcome-owning delivery pods.

Requirements

  • Typically 10+ years of related engineering experience.
  • Strong robotics generalist capability across the autonomy stack, with deep expertise in AI, motion planning, perception, controls, or SLAM.
  • Production-quality proficiency in C++ and Python.
  • Experience using ROS or similar frameworks in real robotics systems.
  • Full-lifecycle product experience taking robotics products from idea to production.
  • Experience with field robotics or autonomous vehicles, on-road or off-road.
  • Experience with learning-based control or perception, foundation or VLA-style models, simulation, and on-vehicle deployment.
  • MLOps or training-infrastructure depth is preferred for ML-focused candidates.
