Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and operate IAM capabilities including RBAC, conditional access, privileged identity management, and entitlement management.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API scripts and integrations for provisioning, access reviews, certification workflows, and reporting.
- Build and deploy agentic AI solutions for role mining, least-privilege recommendations, access certification, and anomaly detection.
- Integrate IAM systems with endpoint management, security operations, ITSM, and directory services to support identity lifecycle management.
- Monitor identity-related security anomalies and support incident response and remediation for identity-based threats.
- Maintain IAM design, control, and automation documentation and support audit readiness.
- Create and communicate IAM knowledge-base articles and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and operations teams on IAM best practices, secure coding, and responsible AI-driven automation.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience managing or supporting IAM, identity governance, or related security platforms.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC design, conditional access, and privileged identity management.
- Demonstrated scripting and coding ability with PowerShell, Python, Microsoft Graph API, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience designing or deploying agentic AI or automation solutions for identity and access use cases.
- Experience with SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, and identity governance or compliance frameworks.
- Working knowledge of generative AI and agentic AI concepts, including LLM integration, tool or function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with internal AI-agent or Center of Excellence pods, ALM practices, Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms, and current identity and AI trends.
- A bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), or Copilot Studio/agentic AI certification.
